Note: MS Entourage 2007 requires SSL. Download and install certificate from http://www5.pbrc.hawaii.edu/mail5.cert.

SMTP Protocol: authentication required
Note: MS Entourage 2007 SSL authentication does not seem to work from JABSOM BSB.
