| An end product of trichocyst membrane retrieval and processing consisted of non-membrane bound amorphous clumps associated with rough ER and with a few remnants of HRP-labeled membrane lying nearby. The nature of these clumps or their relationship to the ER is not known. EM taken on 3/3/83 by R. Allen with Hitachi HU11A TEM. Neg. 18,500X. Bar = 0.25µm. |
