| The infraciliary lattice is heavily labeled with anti-centrin antibody. The cell was lightly fixed, frozen and sectioned at -100oC before the sections were exposed to the antibody and then by anti-mouse IgG immuno-gold labeling. The striated band (sb) is unlabeled.
